What have we found?
• This brief self-management intervention (‘SPACE FOR COPD’) improved symptoms of anxiety, exercise performance, and disease knowledge, compared to usual care at 6-months.
• Symptoms of breathlessness did not improve in the SPACE group, over and above usual care at 6-months.
