Project description

This NIHR PenCLAHRC funded project aims to develop and evaluate feasibility of MBCT to better meet the needs of people with vascular disorders, including coronary heart disease. This project, with Professor Willem Kuyken at Exeter‘s Mood Disorders Centre, relies on existing expertise within the MDC, expertise in the management of anxiety and depression among people with coronary heart disease and input from people with lived experience of vascular disorders to manualise and evaluate MBCT.
